Ships preserved the summer

A second joint exhibition of paintings by artists Valery Nikiforov and Maya Angelova opened tonight in Vidin. Colorful paintings that have preserved the sun and summer and small, artistically crafted objects have attracted the attention of many lovers of fine arts. The inspiration for the exhibition, Maya says, has been drawn from the wonderful summer that has passed. This is how the seascapes and the beautiful small ships were created, made of natural materials collected from the Black Sea and Danube shores. That's why they carry a "very warm, summer charge." The motto of the exhibition is to thank the summer and look ahead to the fall with a smile, she said.

The exposition, arranged in a downtown hall, will be visible for two more weeks.
