Spaghetti Bridge

Six years ago University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy – Sofia, in cooperation with the Chamber of Engineers in Investment Design – Bulgaria , held a competition “Spaghetti Bridge” 2014 on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the Chamber.
The competition was held under the National Green Building Conference , initiated by the House under the patronage of the Minister of Investment Design Prof. Ivan Danov . Among the participants in the conference were : Chief Architect of Sofia Petar Dikov, President of the Chamber of Architects, Arch. Vladimir Damyanov President BGBC ( Bulgarian Council for Sustainable Development), Arch. Georgi Kolarov and Stefan Kinarev , Chairman of the Board of CEID .
Guests from abroad were : President of the European Council of Civil Engineers Mr. Vassilis Ekonomopulos , President of the European Council of Engineering Chambers Mr. Joseph slave Austrian and Croatian counterpart Mirko Oreshkovich Eng ( President of ESES period 2005-2009) and Vice President of the Serbian ESES Mr. Dragoslav Shumarats .
The purpose of the event was to bring together students in engineering in a challenge to present their talent and improve their professional skills to design and build . And to build friendships and future professional contacts.
