Children and students from Vidin decorate Christmas trees for the second year. The initiative is of the Regional Administration of Education and is implemented with the assistance of Vidin Municipality.

The opening ceremony was attended by: Borislava Borisova, Deputy Mayor of Vidin Municipality, Luchezar Popivanov, Deputy Governor, Veselka Asenova, Head of the Regional Management of education, many citizens.

Kindergarten “Mermaid” children greeted those present with some of the most famous Christmas songs: “Silent Night, Holy Night”, “A Christmas Tree Born” and others.

The alley of the Christmas trees is in the courtyard of the cathedral “St. Dimitar “in Vidin.
